Google Ads and local SEO for contractors, with every call tracked to the ad that rang it.

I'm Prakhar Kirsali. I run your ads, fix how you show up on Google and Maps, and set up call tracking, so you can see which ads and searches bring booked jobs and which only cost money. Plans start at $375 a month. No long contract. You own every account.

What a tracked call looks like

  1. They find youSomeone searching taps your Google ad, your Google Maps listing, or the answer an AI assistant gives.
  2. The phone ringsThe call comes straight to you, whichever of those places they used.
  3. I log where it came fromThe call is tracked to its source, so a log row can read like this: Call from: Google Maps, HVAC repair page.
  4. The job gets bookedYou answer, you book it, and you can see which source earned the job.

What I fix

Does any of this
sound like
your ads?

In the ad accounts I audited in my earlier roles, the main problem was rarely the budget. It was the data: Google and Facebook were being told the wrong things, so every decision after that was a guess.

Book a free 30-minute call

Spend

  • You pay for clicks and the phone does not ring
  • Each lead costs more every month
  • Calls from people who wanted something you do not do
  • Clicks from searches that were never going to book

Tracking

  • You cannot tell which ad made the phone ring
  • The same lead is counted twice
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics show different numbers
  • Facebook is not getting your lead data

Structure

  • The account has grown messy and nobody knows why
  • Nobody follows up with people who already visited
  • Ads are never tested against each other

Funnel

  • Your website gets visits but few calls
  • Forms and click-to-call are not tracked

Results

Results from
my earlier roles.

These campaigns are from my earlier agency and in-house jobs, mostly events, fintech and B2B in the Gulf and India. None are contractor accounts, and I have no contractor case studies yet. Client names are withheld where they asked for it.

Who you work with

The person reviewing your account is the person doing the work.

In my earlier agency and in-house roles I managed paid ads and the tracking behind them for campaigns in the Gulf and India. LiveLeadsLane is new, and I am now taking on my first clients in the US, Canada, UK and Europe. That includes restructures, tracking repairs, creative testing and the uncomfortable work of proving why an ad platform and GA4 disagree.

There is no agency layer or junior hand-off. I audit the account, write the changes, check the tags and answer your questions directly.

Account review

Not sure what's wrong
with your ads?

On the free call I look at your account on screen and tell you what I would fix first. If you want it in writing, the written audit is $125, and the full amount is credited to your first month if you hire me within 30 days.

Not ready for a call? Send me your website through the contact form and I'll reply with the first thing I'd investigate.

The review looks at

  • Campaign structure
  • Search terms
  • Targeting
  • Creatives
  • Conversion tracking
  • Landing pages
  • Attribution
  • Remarketing
  • Budget allocation

How it works

Three steps.
No framework names.

Nothing gets rebuilt for the sake of rebuilding it. The first call costs you half an hour and there is no obligation attached to it.

  1. We talk

Thirty minutes on the business, the numbers that matter and what the advertising is doing today.

  2. I audit

I go through the campaigns, the tracking and the funnel, and come back with what I'd fix first and why.

  3. We improve

Highest-impact problems first, measured properly, then we build on what the data supports.

FAQ

Questions answered
properly.

How much does conversion tracking setup cost?

Tracking Essentials is $375 one time. It covers Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversions, and form and click-to-call tracking. Call tracking is +$65, Facebook Pixel and Conversions API is +$65, and the Full Measurement Stack is $495. A site with several domains or a CRM hand-off is quoted after a short call. The full list is on the pricing page.

What's the difference between GA4 and Meta CAPI tracking?

GA4 is your analytics layer: it records what people did on the site so you can compare channels and funnels. Meta Conversions API (CAPI) is a server-side feed of conversion events to Meta so its optimisation and reporting still work when browser tracking is blocked. They answer different questions, and most accounts need both — with event IDs deduplicating browser and server events so nothing is double counted.

Do you manage the ad spend or just the tracking?

Either. You can hire me to run your ads end to end, or only to set up or repair your tracking while your current team keeps running the ads. You do not have to move your ads to get the tracking fixed.

How long until I see results from paid media?

Tracking fixes show up within days, because you can immediately see events reconciling between platforms. Media changes usually need two to four weeks for bidding to re-learn, and a full quarter before cost per qualified lead is a fair judgement. Anyone promising results in week one is guessing.

Do you work with businesses outside the US?

I work with businesses in the US, Canada, UK and Europe. LiveLeadsLane is new, so you would be one of my first clients, and I give first clients founding rates. The work is remote, and calls are in your morning.

What platforms do you manage?

Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft Ads for media, plus TikTok, Reddit and DV360 where they fit. On the measurement side: Google Tag Manager, GA4, Google Ads conversions, Meta Pixel and CAPI, LinkedIn Insight Tag and Looker Studio reporting.

What happens during the first call?

Thirty minutes, no slide deck. We go through what you're running, what the numbers look like and where you think it's breaking. I'll tell you what I'd investigate first, even if that turns out to be something you can fix internally.
