Privacy notice
Last updated: October 27, 2026. This notice is for LiveLeadsLane, an independent practice led by Prakhar Kirsali. It explains what information the site collects and how it is used. It is not legal advice, and it does not claim certification under any specific regulation.
Contact form information
The contact form collects the details you choose to provide: name, work email, company, website, the type of help you need, an optional ad-spend range and your message. These details are delivered to my business inbox through a form-processing service, which stores them only as needed to deliver the message. They are used only to respond to your enquiry and discuss possible work, and are never sold or shared for marketing.
How enquiries are attributed
When you send an enquiry, the form also includes the page you were on and, where available, how you reached this site: for example the campaign tags in a link, or the website that referred you. This helps me see which marketing produced the enquiry. It is kept in your browser's session storage for the visit and is only sent when you submit an enquiry. Advertising click identifiers (such as a Google or Meta click ID) are included only if you accepted cookies on the privacy banner, and with that choice your first visit may be remembered in your browser for up to 30 days.
Website analytics
Aggregated analytics may be used to understand how pages are found and used — for example page views, referral sources and general device or country information. This is used to improve the website, not to identify individuals.
Advertising measurement
Where advertising campaigns point to this website, standard measurement tags may record that a visit or enquiry originated from a campaign. Any such tags are implemented through a tag manager and are intended to measure marketing performance at an aggregate level.
Cookies
Analytics and advertising tags (Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, loaded through Google Tag Manager) only run if you click Accept on the privacy banner; if you decline or ignore it, they never load and nothing is tracked. Your choice is stored in your browser for 12 months and you can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Communications
If you contact me by email or book a call, our correspondence is kept so I can respond, prepare for the call and maintain a record of the discussion. You can ask me to stop contacting you at any time.
Third-party platforms
Scheduling, email, analytics and advertising platforms used to run this practice process information under their own privacy terms. This includes the calendar booking tool linked from this site and the advertising and analytics platforms used in client work.
Data retention
Enquiry and correspondence details are kept only as long as they are useful for the conversation or the working relationship, and are removed when they are no longer needed.
Contact
For any question about this notice, or to request removal of your details, email marketing@liveleadslane.com.
WhatsApp and phone
If you message me on WhatsApp, your phone number, profile name and messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy terms, and I keep our conversation so I can respond and follow up. You can ask me to delete it at any time.
Call bookings
Calls are booked through Google Calendar. The name, email and any notes you enter are used to schedule and prepare for the call.
Your privacy rights in the US and Canada
- LiveLeadsLane does not sell or rent personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising outside the measurement tags described above.
- You can ask what personal information I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing marketing@liveleadslane.com. I will respond within 30 days.
- Canadian visitors: information is handled in line with PIPEDA and, for Quebec residents, Quebec's Law 25. You can withdraw consent to non-essential cookies and tracking at any time.
- Canadian visitors: when I send business email, I aim to follow Canada's anti-spam law (CASL), which sets consent rules for commercial electronic messages, and you can ask me to stop at any time. For what applies to your own messages, check the CRTC's guidance or ask a lawyer.
- US visitors: the same access, correction and deletion requests are honoured regardless of which state you live in.
Where information is processed
LiveLeadsLane is run from India, and the services it uses (such as Google, Meta and the form provider) may process information in the United States and other countries. Reasonable safeguards are used, and information is shared only with those services as needed to run this website and respond to you.
If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area
This section describes in plain words how information about visitors in the UK and the European Economic Area (EEA) is used. It is not legal advice, and it does not claim certification under any regulation.
- What information is held. The details you send through the contact form; the page and, where available, the campaign or referring website attached to an enquiry; email and WhatsApp correspondence; and analytics and advertising tag data, but only if you accept the privacy banner.
- Why it is used. To reply to your enquiry and discuss possible work, and to keep a record of business correspondence. Measurement of which pages and campaigns lead to enquiries happens only with your consent.
- The basis for using it, in plain words. For analytics and advertising tags the basis is your consent, which is why they load only after you click Accept. For answering your business enquiry and keeping records of business correspondence, the basis is my legitimate interest in doing so.
- Where it is processed. I am based in India, so information is processed there, and by the service providers named in this notice: the form-processing service, Google (including Analytics, Tag Manager and Calendar) and Meta (including WhatsApp and the Meta Pixel). Those providers may process it in the United States and other countries. As a result, information about UK and EEA visitors is transferred internationally.
- Opting out and withdrawing consent. Use the Cookie settings link in the footer to change your choice at any time, or email marketing@liveleadslane.com.
- Access, correction and deletion. You can ask for a copy of the information I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing marketing@liveleadslane.com. I will respond within 30 days.
- Complaints. You are welcome to contact me first. You can also complain to your data protection regulator: the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK, or the data protection authority in your own country in the EEA.
