Google Ads, local SEO and call tracking for UK businesses.

I run Google Ads, local SEO, call and enquiry tracking and website builds for UK trades, dental practices and B2B firms, working remotely from India.

There is no UK office. You get one person in your accounts every week, calls at the start of your UK working day and written updates you can read when it suits you.

Free, 30 minutes, no obligation. I only need view access to look at your account.

The short answer

Paid media and SEO for UK businesses, run remotely from India by one senior specialist with no UK office. Calls are scheduled in your morning, which is my afternoon: the UK is 4.5 hours behind India in summer and 5.5 hours behind in winter. Prices are published in USD, and GBP invoicing is available as a custom quote. Results are not guaranteed.

What I do

What I do for UK businesses.

Paid ads

Google Ads for the jobs you want, Meta Ads for planned work and retargeting, LinkedIn Ads for B2B, and Local Services Ads where Google offers them for your category. Everything runs inside ad accounts you own. Paid media for UK businesses.

Local SEO

A complete Google Business Profile, a page for each job and each town you cover, consistent listings and a steady review routine, so you appear in the map results and in organic search. SEO for UK businesses.

Call and enquiry tracking

Calls, forms and click-to-call taps tracked back to the ad or page that produced them, so you can see which spend brings real enquiries and which brings time-wasters. How tracking works.

Websites

Fast, mobile-first sites with click-to-call, short enquiry forms and one page for each service. They are built to be found and to turn visits into calls. Website design.

Working remotely

How the work runs from India.

The UK is 4.5 hours behind India in summer (British Summer Time) and 5.5 hours behind in winter (GMT). A 9am call with you is 1:30pm in India in summer and 2:30pm in winter, so live calls sit at the start of your day. Anything you raise in the afternoon is picked up before your next morning.

Everything else is written: a weekly update, a change log and a monthly report, with questions answered within one business day. You own the ad accounts, analytics and Google Business Profile from day one. India does not change its clocks, so the gap moves by an hour twice a year.

UK trades and dental

What each kind of UK business needs.

These are the patterns I plan around for each trade. They are not claims about past clients, and each page is checked against the live search results first.

Plumbers and heating engineers

Boiler repair, servicing and installation, central heating and emergency call-outs, with demand rising in the first cold weeks. In Great Britain, gas work is done by engineers on the Gas Safe Register, so the registration belongs on your profile and site; check the wording with the Gas Safe Register. Government heat pump grant pages stay general and link to the official page rather than quote amounts.

Roofers

Pitched roof repairs, flat roofing (EPDM, GRP and felt), chimney work, fascias, soffits and guttering. Storm damage brings urgent searches, so an emergency page and honest availability matter. Show insurance, written warranties and any scheme membership you really hold, such as TrustMark, plus job photos by area.

Electricians

Consumer unit upgrades, rewires, EV charger installation and EICR reports that landlords and buyers ask for. Show NICEIC or similar registration where you have it, and check the details with the scheme provider.

Builders

Extensions, loft conversions and renovations: longer decisions and bigger jobs, so pages explain the process, planning permission and building regulations in general terms, with the local council as the authority. Checkatrade and MyBuilder profiles support your own site.

Dental practices

Patients ask whether you are NHS, private or both, so the site says what you offer and nothing more. Dentists are on the GDC register and practices in England are registered with the CQC; check with each body what you must display. Advertising follows the ASA and GDC guidance, so treat my copy as a draft you approve.

Local words and places

British wording, UK places.

Customers search for "emergency plumber Leeds" or "loft conversion Manchester", not for HVAC or remodeling. Pages use British spelling and the words they use: enquiry, tradesperson, call-out, consumer unit, guttering. Service areas are written by town and postcode district, not "the whole region".

London needs borough and postcode detail, because Google returns different results from one area to the next. Manchester, Birmingham and Leeds reward suburb and town pages with real local detail. Glasgow and Edinburgh can need Scottish detail, for example building warrants where England has building regulations approval. Bristol and the South West have many smaller towns where a complete profile can go a long way. These are places I plan page by page, not claims about clients, and I check the live results for each before writing.

Which services work

Which services suit which UK business.

  • Google Ads search: the fastest route for urgent, high-intent work such as boiler breakdowns, leaks and emergency electrical callouts.
  • Local SEO: slower, and steadier. It builds map and organic visibility for the towns you serve and lowers your reliance on paid clicks over time.
  • Meta Ads: planned work such as extensions, kitchens and cosmetic dentistry, and retargeting people who visited your site.
  • LinkedIn Ads: B2B firms reaching named job titles, usually at a higher cost per click.
  • Local Services Ads: availability varies by country and category. Check Google's current availability for your country and category; I confirm eligibility before proposing it.

Tracking and consent

Tracking, cookies and call recording in the UK.

UK rules on cookies and similar technologies (PECR, with guidance from the ICO) generally expect consent before non-essential tags fire, and recording calls usually means telling the caller. Tags on this site load only after the visitor accepts. On your site I set up the consent banner integration and Google Consent Mode so measurement keeps working as far as consent allows.

Whether your wording and setup meet the rules is a question for your own adviser or the ICO. I do not give legal advice and I do not certify anything.

FAQ

Common questions.

Do you have a UK office or phone number?
No. LiveLeadsLane is run from India and the work is fully remote. You get live calls in your morning, written weekly updates and one person who is in your accounts. I will not imply otherwise.
What time are calls?
A 9am UK call is 1:30pm in India during British Summer Time and 2:30pm during GMT, so mornings in the UK are the easiest slots. Afternoon calls are fine too.
Can I be invoiced in pounds?
Prices are published in USD. If you would like to be invoiced in GBP, EUR or CAD, ask for a custom quote. Ad spend is paid directly to Google, Meta or LinkedIn from your own account. Ask your accountant how VAT applies to an invoice from a supplier outside the UK.
Do Local Services Ads work in the UK?
Availability varies by country and category. Check Google's current availability for your country and category. I confirm eligibility before proposing it, and if it is not available for you, search ads and the Google Business Profile do the work instead.
Do you understand UK trade registration such as Gas Safe or NICEIC?
I know where those registrations belong on a profile and a website, and I ask for your numbers and scheme details. The rules themselves belong to the scheme providers, so check the wording with them.
Do you have case studies from this market?
Not yet. LiveLeadsLane has no clients to date. The documented results on this site are from earlier roles, mostly in the Gulf and India. The first five clients get founding rates and agree to share their results as a case study, which will be tagged by region.
