Marketing for Canadian businesses, from Halifax to Vancouver.
I run Google Ads, local SEO, call and form tracking and websites for Canadian trades, dental practices and B2B firms, working remotely from India.
There is no Canadian office. This page is the overview; the detailed Canada pages for paid media, SEO and each trade are linked below.

The short answer
Paid media and SEO for Canadian businesses, run remotely by one senior specialist. Calls are scheduled in your morning, which is the evening in India. Prices are published in USD, and CAD invoicing is available as a custom quote. Results are not guaranteed.
What I do
What I do for Canadian businesses.
Paid ads
Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads targeted by province and metro area, not the whole country, with keyword lists built for Canadian search volume. Cost per lead is reported in CAD, in your own accounts. Paid media for Canada.
Local SEO
Google Business Profile, service pages and listings on the sources Canadians check, such as HomeStars and Yellow Pages Canada. Pages use Canadian spelling and terms. SEO for Canada.
Call and form tracking
Calls, forms and text requests tracked by campaign and page, set up to work with consent banners instead of silently losing conversions. How tracking works.
Websites
Fast, mobile-first sites with click-to-call and a page for each service. French pages for Quebec need a native speaker; I build the structure and arrange the review with you. Website design.
Working remotely
Atlantic to Pacific, calls in your morning.
Canadian mornings are my evenings. A 9am Eastern call (Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal) is about 6:30pm in India, or 7:30pm in winter. A 9am Atlantic call (Halifax) is 5:30pm or 6:30pm, and a 9am Pacific call (Vancouver) is about 9:30pm or 10:30pm. Calgary and Winnipeg fall between. The gap shifts by an hour when clocks change in Canada, since India does not change its clocks.
Everything else is written: a weekly update, a change log and a monthly report, with questions answered within one business day. You own the ad accounts, analytics and Google Business Profile, and I work through access you can remove at any time.
Seasons and trades
Canadian work follows the calendar.
Each of these has its own detailed Canada page, so this overview only points to them.
HVAC
Heating comes first, cooling second, and heat pump questions start months before a replacement. Rebate pages carry dates and links to the official programs. HVAC SEO in Canada.
Plumbing
Frozen pipes, basement flooding, sewer backups and rental water heaters shape the searches. Plumbing SEO in Canada.
Roofing
A short building season, ice dams and hail in parts of Alberta. Content goes live before the season, not during it. Roofing SEO in Canada.
Dental
Provincial regulator advertising guidelines, the Canadian Dental Care Plan and privacy-safe booking tracking. Dental SEO in Canada.
Contractors and renovators
Canadians say renovation, not remodeling, and they check HomeStars before they call. SEO for Canadian contractors.
Consultants and B2B
B2B firms selling across provinces need targeting that matches where they sell. Google Ads consultant in Canada.
Local words and places
Provinces, cities and the words people use.
Ontario has the Greater Toronto Area, Ottawa and many neighbouring municipalities that compete in the map results. British Columbia has Vancouver and a wet climate. Alberta has Calgary and Edmonton, with fast-growing suburbs and hail. Quebec, with Montreal and Quebec City, needs French campaigns and pages that use the words people search. Halifax and Atlantic Canada have smaller markets where a complete profile can go a long way.
Pages use Canadian spelling (licence, centre, neighbourhood), Canadian addresses and postal codes, and terms such as renovation. Invoices from a supplier outside Canada raise a GST/HST question, so ask your accountant. These are places I plan for, not clients, and I check the live results for each city before writing a page.
Which services work
Which services suit a Canadian business.
- Google Ads search: the quickest way to catch urgent work, such as a furnace failure in a cold snap or a flooded basement.
- Local SEO: builds steadily and matters most in markets where homeowners compare two or three nearby companies.
- Meta Ads: planned work such as renovations and roof replacements, and retargeting.
- LinkedIn Ads: B2B teams reaching specific job titles.
- Local Services Ads: availability varies by country and category. Check Google's current availability for your country and category; I confirm eligibility before proposing it. Local Services Ads.
Tracking and consent
Privacy and messaging rules in Canada.
Canada has federal privacy law (PIPEDA), some provincial laws, such as Quebec's Law 25, and an anti-spam law (CASL) for commercial emails and texts. Tracking tags generally need consent, and tags on this site load only after the visitor accepts. I set up consent banners with Google Consent Mode and server-side signals so measurement keeps working as consent allows.
This is technical setup, not legal advice. Check your own situation with your adviser or the privacy regulator.
Price
What it costs.
Fees are for management and are published in US dollars. Ad spend and cost per lead are reported in your account's currency, usually CAD.
Prices are published in USD. If you would like to be invoiced in GBP, EUR or CAD, ask for a custom quote. Ad spend is paid directly to the platforms.
