How much does conversion tracking setup cost?

Tracking Essentials is $375 one time. It covers Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversions, and form and click-to-call tracking. Call tracking is +$65, Facebook Pixel and Conversions API is +$65, and the Full Measurement Stack is $495. A site with several domains or a CRM hand-off is quoted after a short call. The full list is on the pricing page.

What's the difference between GA4 and Meta CAPI tracking?

GA4 is your analytics layer: it records what people did on the site so you can compare channels and funnels. Meta Conversions API (CAPI) is a server-side feed of conversion events to Meta so its optimisation and reporting still work when browser tracking is blocked. They answer different questions, and most accounts need both — with event IDs deduplicating browser and server events so nothing is double counted.

Do you manage the ad spend or just the tracking?

Either. You can hire me to run your ads end to end, or only to set up or repair your tracking while your current team keeps running the ads. You do not have to move your ads to get the tracking fixed.

How long until I see results from paid media?

Tracking fixes show up within days, because you can immediately see events reconciling between platforms. Media changes usually need two to four weeks for bidding to re-learn, and a full quarter before cost per qualified lead is a fair judgement. Anyone promising results in week one is guessing.

Do you work with businesses outside the US?

I work with businesses in the US, Canada, UK and Europe. LiveLeadsLane is new, so you would be one of my first clients, and I give first clients founding rates. The work is remote, and calls are in your morning.

What platforms do you manage?

Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft Ads for media, plus TikTok, Reddit and DV360 where they fit. On the measurement side: Google Tag Manager, GA4, Google Ads conversions, Meta Pixel and CAPI, LinkedIn Insight Tag and Looker Studio reporting.

What happens during the first call?

Thirty minutes, no slide deck. We go through what you're running, what the numbers look like and where you think it's breaking. I'll tell you what I'd investigate first, even if that turns out to be something you can fix internally.

How much ad spend should I have?

There's no hard minimum, but management fees only make sense once spend is meaningful — generally from a few thousand per month upward. Below that, a one-off audit or tracking project is usually better value than ongoing management.

Do you work with small businesses?

Yes, if the advertising is a real part of how the business grows. What matters more than company size is whether there's enough spend and enough conversion volume to make decisions from.

Can you fix existing campaigns instead of rebuilding?

Usually, yes. Most accounts need restructuring in places rather than a full rebuild. I'll tell you which parts are worth keeping before anything gets changed.

Can you set up conversion tracking on its own?

Yes. Google Tag Manager, GA4, Google Ads conversions, Meta Pixel and Conversions API can all be handled as a standalone project without moving your media management.

Do you work with agencies or internal teams?

Yes. An agency or in-house team can bring me in for tracking work, or for a channel it has no specialist for. I'm comfortable being the specialist inside someone else's setup.

Do I need to sign a long contract?

No long lock-in. Scope, deliverables and notice period are agreed up front, and month-to-month arrangements are normal.

Do you create ad creatives and manage landing pages?

I handle ad copy, creative direction and testing structure, and work with your designer or supplier on production. For landing pages I provide specific conversion recommendations and measurement; build work depends on your stack.

Do you only manage advertising campaigns?

No. Paid media is one part of the work. I also take on standalone projects involving conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, GA4, pixels, Meta CAPI, attribution, analytics and tracking troubleshooting.

Can you take over an existing advertising account?

Yes. Existing accounts can be audited, cleaned up and restructured without automatically rebuilding everything from scratch.

Which advertising platforms do you work with?

Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads and selected programmatic platforms. The appropriate channel mix depends on the business, audience, offer and economics.

Do you work internationally?

Yes. LiveLeadsLane operates remotely and primarily works with businesses in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and UAE.

Is advertising spend included in your fee?

No. Advertising spend is normally paid directly by the client to Google, Meta, LinkedIn or the relevant advertising platform. The LiveLeadsLane fee covers the agreed strategy, management, measurement, optimisation and reporting scope.

Why does pricing say "starting at"?

A single-market account running a handful of campaigns requires a very different workload from a multi-country account using several advertising platforms. Starting rates keep pricing transparent while allowing the final quote to reflect the actual scope.

Can I hire you only for tracking?

Yes. Conversion setup, GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel, Meta CAPI, tracking audits and measurement troubleshooting can be handled as standalone projects.

Can you automate parts of our marketing workflow?

Yes. Depending on the systems involved, workflows involving lead routing, notifications, CRM handoffs, reporting, webhooks and other repetitive marketing processes can be automated using appropriate tools and APIs.

Do you guarantee a certain number of leads or ROAS?

No responsible advertiser can guarantee a specific business result before testing. The goal is to build reliable measurement, disciplined experimentation and transparent optimisation around metrics that matter to the business.

Will AI manage my advertising account?

No. AI tools may assist with research, analysis, workflows and production efficiency, but campaign strategy, optimisation decisions and client recommendations remain human-led.

Can I hire you for SEO only, without running ads?

Yes. Managed SEO is a standalone service. You do not need an ad account or ad spend to work with me on organic search.

What does each SEO tier include?

SEO Foundations (from $799/month) covers one site and market: baseline and priority plan, Search Console review, monthly technical and indexing checks, a keyword and intent plan, and on-page improvements to up to four existing pages a month. SEO Growth (from $1,499/month) adds up to eight pages a month, up to two client-approved content pieces, internal-link work and a monthly strategy call. Complex or multi-site SEO is quoted separately.

How long does SEO take to work?

Technical and indexing fixes can show in Search Console within weeks, but most sites need three to six months before organic progress can be judged fairly. I don't promise rankings; Google, competition and site history all play a part.

What's the difference between an automation setup and monthly support?

A setup (from $375 one time) is a defined build: discovery, the workflow, testing, handover and a fixed period of fixes for issues in that build. Monthly monitoring and improvements (from $149/month) are optional and offered separately afterwards, with the support scope written into the proposal.

Who pays for automation tools and API usage?

You do, directly. Third-party software, API, hosting and usage fees are separate from my fees, and tools are chosen to fit your existing systems and budget.

Who owns the accounts and workflows?

You. Workflows are built in accounts you own or control, and you keep full access to them, your ad accounts, Search Console and analytics after the engagement.

Will an AI workflow send messages or make changes without approval?

Not for consequential actions. Significant changes, publishing and external messages to customers go through an approval process we agree up front.

How does invoicing and payment work?

Work is invoiced after the scope is confirmed — there is no automatic checkout on this site. Prices are shown in USD. Depending on the final invoicing setup, payment options may include Wise, Payoneer, PayPal, international bank transfer or supported card payments.
