The short answer

Google Ads management for remodelers: kitchen, bath and addition campaigns, lead tracking built for long decisions and follow-up on proposals. Management starts at $375 a month plus ad spend, which you pay Google directly, and at least $1,500 a month per platform is recommended. Results are not guaranteed.

Sound familiar?

Big jobs, slow decisions, thin pipelines.

  • A kitchen or addition takes months to decide, so cost per click tells you little about what the ads are worth.
  • Enquiries from people who are only browsing cost as much as those from people ready to hire.
  • You do few jobs, so one lost enquiry matters.
  • Leads go quiet after the site visit and nobody follows up.
  • Your agency cannot show which ad produced a signed job.

What the work covers

What I manage each week.

Project campaigns

Kitchen, bath, basement and addition searches, each with its own ads and page.

Lead qualification

Forms and call handling that ask a few useful questions and filter out browsers without making people give up.

Search-term control

Weekly negatives for DIY, supplies, jobs and wrong-area searches.

Call and form tracking

Every enquiry tied to the ad, and later to the signed job where your CRM allows it.

Proposal follow-up

A reminder routine for proposals that go quiet while homeowners compare.

Realistic measurement

Reports focus on booked consultations and signed jobs over a longer window, not clicks this week.

Rings out: the caller tries the next company.
Answered or texted back: the job stays with you.

Campaigns

The projects the campaigns are built around.

Kitchen and bath remodels

The most searched projects, with a wide range of budgets. Pages and forms help set expectations early.

Additions and whole-home

Large and slow. Few enquiries, so each is worth a quick, personal reply.

Basements and outdoor living

Seasonal, with clear scopes that suit dedicated pages.

Design-build

Longer relationship and a higher bar for trust. Case studies and process pages matter.

The numbers

What published numbers say about remodeling.

Published estimates and surveys vary by region and year.

The jobs are large. Houzz found a median of $55,000 for a major remodel of a large kitchen (self-reported by homeowners, 2025 projects).

Source: Houzz 2026 Renovation Trends Study

There are few of them. The median remodeler completed about 8 to 12 jobs of $10,000 or more in 2025, so a single lost enquiry can matter.

Slow replies are common in home services. A secret-shopper test of 466 home-service companies found about 40% never replied within five days (not remodeling only).

Pricing

What the management costs.

Management starts at $375 a month for one channel. The right plan depends on how many platforms you run and your monthly ad spend.

Ad spend is separate and goes straight from your card to Google. Full details, including the founding-client offer, are on the pricing page.

Paid ads management (USD, 60-day start, then month to month)
PlanPriceWhat it is for
Starter$375/moOne channel, ad spend up to $3k/mo
Growth$675/moTwo channels, ad spend up to $7.5k/mo
Scale$1,125/moUp to three channels, ad spend up to $15k/mo

I recommend at least $1,500 a month in ad spend per platform. Below that, campaigns rarely collect enough data to improve, and Local Services Ads or your Google Business Profile are a better first step.

The first 90 days

What working together looks like for remodeling companies.

Days 1 to 14: audit and tracking

I read the account, set up call and form tracking, agree what a lead is and launch within 14 days of access.

Days 15 to 60: tighten

Search terms, ads and forms are adjusted weekly against booked consultations.

Days 61 to 90: read the pipeline

Because decisions are slow, I look at consultations and proposals, not just leads, and move budget accordingly.

What I promise

The work, not the lead count.

Lead volume depends on your market, season, budget and how fast you answer the phone, so I do not promise a number of leads, a cost per lead or a ranking. What I do promise is in writing: your campaigns go live within 14 days of you granting access and approving the plan, or the first month's management fee is waived (waiting on Google's own checks or on access from you does not count toward the 14 days), and you can ask for a refund of the fees you paid me in the first 30 days. You own the ad account, the analytics and the website from day one.

Process

How the work runs.

  1. Review

Read-only access to the account, analytics and tracking. I tell you what I see before any agreement.

  2. Fix the foundations

Tracking, consent, conversion definitions and account structure are corrected first, so optimisation works from accurate data.

  3. Optimise

Weekly changes to campaigns, budgets, pages and creative, each with a stated reason.

  4. Report

Plain-language reporting tied to leads and pipeline, with a direct line to me.

FAQ

Common questions.

How much does Google Ads management cost for remodeling companies?
Management starts at $375 a month for one channel and is $675 a month for two channels, plus a one-time setup fee. Ad spend is separate: you pay Google directly, and I recommend at least $1,500 a month per platform. The published plans are on the pricing page.
Is the ad spend included?
No. You pay Google, Meta or LinkedIn directly from your own account, so you can always see what was spent. The prices on this page are management fees only.
Remodeling sales take months. Does Google Ads still make sense?
It can, if you measure the right thing. Early on I track enquiries and booked consultations, then proposals and signed jobs as they come in. I cannot promise it will win more jobs, and results depend on your market and how you follow up.
How do you track a lead that signs months later?
I record the source on every enquiry and, where your CRM allows it, pass signed jobs back to Google. That takes setup and a little discipline on your side, and I walk you through it.
Do you guarantee leads?
No. Lead volume depends on your market, season, budget and how quickly you answer, so a guarantee would be a guess. The commitments are the work in your plan, the 14-day launch promise and the 30-day fee refund.
Who owns the Google Ads account?
You do. Everything runs in an account you own, and I work through manager access that you can remove at any time.
