Paid media management for European businesses, run by one senior specialist.
LiveLeadsLane works remotely with businesses across Europe. There is no European office, and I will not pretend otherwise.
What you get instead is one specialist inside your Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads accounts every week, calls in your morning, and reporting that shows spend, qualified leads and cost per outcome. The work is done in English.
Free, 30 minutes, no obligation. I only need view access to look at your account.
The short answer
Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads management for businesses in Europe, run remotely by one senior specialist. Management starts at $375 a month plus ad spend, which you pay the platforms directly, and at least $1,500 a month per platform is recommended. Prices are published in USD; for EUR or GBP invoicing, ask for a custom quote. Results are not guaranteed.
Sound familiar?
Why European ad budgets underperform.
- One campaign targets "Europe", so budget flows to countries you cannot serve or whose language the ads do not speak
- English ads and pages are shown to searchers who expect their own language, and conversion rates suffer
- A cookie banner went live and recorded conversions dropped, with nobody checking why
- Cost per lead is reported in one currency while the accounts bill in another, so the numbers do not match your books
- Leads are counted, but nobody checks whether they became customers
- Reports show clicks and impressions, not cost per qualified lead
What the work involves
What paid media management for Europe covers.
Google Ads management
Search, Performance Max and remarketing managed weekly: search-term review, negative keywords, budget by country and intent, ad testing and bidding set against your lead economics. Google Ads management.
Meta and LinkedIn Ads
Meta for demand and lead volume, LinkedIn for B2B buying committees across borders. Audiences are split by country, so each one is smaller, and audience overlap, frequency and creative fatigue are watched closely. Meta Ads · LinkedIn Ads.
Campaigns by country and language
Separate campaigns per country and language, each with its own budget, keywords, ads and landing page. Ad copy in a language other than English needs a native-language reviewer, which I arrange with you or use copy you have approved.
Consent-aware tracking
Google Consent Mode, GA4 and Meta Conversions API set up so measurement keeps working as far as consent allows, instead of silently dropping conversions. How tracking is built · Meta Conversions API.
Reporting in your account currency
Spend, cost per lead and return reported in the currency your ad account bills in, whether euros, pounds or another currency, so the numbers match your own books. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Google, Meta or LinkedIn.
A clear scope
Paid advertising management, conversion measurement and landing-page review are in scope. Web development, creative production and software subscriptions sit outside the plans and are quoted separately.
What is different in Europe
Five things that change the work.
Many countries, many languages
Europe is not one market. Search habits, competition and costs differ from country to country, so I plan budget and structure market by market, and I start with the one or two countries where you have a real offer rather than spreading a small budget across ten. Examples of countries where Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn operate include Ireland, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain and Italy. These are examples of places, not clients.
Consent expectations
European rules on cookies and similar technologies generally expect consent before non-essential tags fire, and Google asks advertisers to send consent signals for visitors from the EEA and the UK. I set up the banner integration and Consent Mode and check what is still being measured. Tags on this site load only after the visitor accepts. Details differ by country, so check with your own adviser or your national data protection authority. I do not give legal advice.
VAT on invoices
Depending on where you are registered, invoices and the platforms' ad invoices may carry VAT. Ask your accountant how it applies to the fees you pay me and to your ad spend. Fees are published in US dollars and ad spend is billed by the platform in your account's currency.
Local search behaviour
Google Maps and the Business Profile matter for local services in many countries, but people also use national directories and review sites that differ by country. Local Services Ads availability varies by country and category: check Google's current availability for your country and category. I confirm eligibility before proposing it.
Language and the landing page
An ad in the right language that lands on a page in the wrong one wastes the click. Each language gets its own landing page, connected where it helps with hreflang, and the offer, phone number and legal details on it are checked per country.
Choosing platforms
Google, Meta and LinkedIn for a European B2B or local business.
| Platform | Best for | Watch for |
|---|---|---|
| Google Ads | People already searching for what you sell: urgent local services and high-intent B2B terms | Search volume in smaller languages and countries can be low, so structure stays simple |
| Meta Ads | Demand creation, retargeting and lead forms for consumer and small-business services | Lead quality varies, so forms and follow-up are checked, and consent affects tracking |
| LinkedIn Ads | Reaching named job titles, industries and company sizes in B2B across countries | Usually the highest cost per click, so it suits higher-value deals and tighter audiences |
Most B2B accounts start with Google Ads for intent, add LinkedIn when the deal value supports it and use Meta for retargeting. Most local service businesses start with Google Ads and the Business Profile. I tell you plainly when a channel is not worth the money. For more, see B2B PPC management.
Pricing
What paid media management costs.
Prices are published in USD. If you would like to be invoiced in GBP, EUR or CAD, ask for a custom quote. Ad spend is paid directly to the platforms.
Full details, including the founding-client offer, are on the pricing page.
| Plan | Price | What it is for |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $375/month | One platform, ad spend up to $3k a month. Setup $315 |
| Growth | $675/month | Two platforms, ad spend up to $7.5k a month. Setup $315 |
| Scale | $1,125/month | Up to three platforms including LinkedIn Ads, ad spend up to $15k a month. Setup $505 |
I recommend at least $1,500 a month in ad spend per platform, because smaller budgets rarely collect enough data to improve. The first five clients get founding rates, 20% below list for the first three months with the setup fee waived.
Working across time zones
Calls in your morning, work through the afternoon.
Central Europe is 3.5 hours behind India in summer and 4.5 hours behind in winter. A 9am call in Berlin or Amsterdam is 12:30pm in India in summer and 1:30pm in winter. Ireland and Portugal match the UK, 4.5 hours behind in summer and 5.5 in winter. Everything else is written: weekly updates, change logs and monthly reports, with questions answered within one business day.
Who it is for
A good fit if this sounds like you.
- European B2B and service businesses already spending on Google, Meta or LinkedIn
- Teams paying agency retainers for work one specialist could do better
- Companies selling in two or three countries who need budget and structure to match
- Founders who are comfortable working in English and arranging a native-language reviewer where needed
