The short answer
Google Ads management for contractors costs $375 a month for one channel, $675 for two and $1,125 for up to three, plus a $315 or $505 setup fee. Ad spend is separate and paid to Google directly, with at least $1,500 a month per platform recommended. Plans start with 60 days, then run month to month.
Pricing
What the management costs.
Three plans cover most contractors. The plan depends on how many platforms you run and how much you spend on ads each month.
Ad spend is separate and goes straight from your card to Google. Full details, including the founding-client offer, are on the pricing page.
| Plan | Price | What it is for |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $375/mo | One channel, ad spend up to $3k/mo |
| Growth | $675/mo | Two channels, ad spend up to $7.5k/mo |
| Scale | $1,125/mo | Up to three channels, ad spend up to $15k/mo |
I recommend at least $1,500 a month in ad spend per platform. Below that, campaigns rarely collect enough data to improve, and Local Services Ads or your Google Business Profile are a better first step.

Fees against spend
What the fee looks like next to your ad budget.
These examples are simple arithmetic on the published prices, not a prediction of results.
| Plan | Ad spend | Fee | Fee as a share of spend |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $3,000 | $375 | 12.5% |
| Growth | $7,500 | $675 | 9% |
| Scale | $15,000 | $1,125 | 7.5% |
Above $15,000 a month in spend, the Scale fee is 10% of spend. Setup fees are $315 for Starter and Growth and $505 for Scale.
What is and is not included
Read this before you compare quotes.
Included
Campaign build or clean-up, weekly optimisation, negative keywords, call and form tracking checks, reporting and support, as listed for each plan on the pricing page.
Not included
Ad spend, call-tracking software subscriptions, landing-page builds and creative production beyond the plan. Extras are quoted before any work starts.
How other quotes work
Agencies often charge a percentage of spend, a flat monthly fee or an hourly rate. Ask what the quote includes, who owns the account and whether there is a long contract. See my guide to Google Ads management costs.
Contracts
Paid ads plans have a 60-day start, then run month to month. Either side can cancel with 30 days' written notice. Nothing auto-renews into a longer contract.
What I promise
The work, not the lead count.
Lead volume depends on your market, season, budget and how fast you answer the phone, so I do not promise a number of leads, a cost per lead or a ranking. What I do promise is in writing: your campaigns go live within 14 days of you granting access and approving the plan, or the first month's management fee is waived (waiting on Google's own checks or on access from you does not count toward the 14 days), and you can ask for a refund of the fees you paid me in the first 30 days. You own the ad account, the analytics and the website from day one.
